Representative, ASD Customer Care I

Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company polices.
Inform customers or procedures and resolutions to problems.
Provide Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to Order Entry.
Maintain an accurate record of incoming telephone calls.
Serve as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and shipping in order to determine resolution for customers.
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Track packages and shipments through carriers.
Provide detailed explanation od company policy and procedures in respect to warranty.
Investigate and respond to customer order/billing inquiries.
Take, investigate, and solve customer complaints.
Interface with dealers to solve problems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
